Problem: Content tagging is a manual effort, leaving a small team to handle hundreds of thousands of tags a month. The tags themselves are not always accurate and has negatively affected the customer search experience.
Solution: I built a new interface for applying content tags that would send model feedback to our machine learning engine to train it. This work also included migrating legacy code over to a newer, more modern, tech stack.
